On today’s show we talked about the latest in real estate news including a recent survey by Zillow and a story about a real estate agent sentenced for defamation in Wisconsin. Also we interviewed Mitch Ribak from 100MPH Marketing and real estate note investor, Simon Volkov. All of this and more on this episode of Real Estate Radio USA.
We started the show today with the Q2 Homeowner Confidence Survey release this week by Zillow. The survey finds that homeowners have a much different perception of their home value than reality. They even think their neighbors homes are worth less than their own.
Our first guest today was Mitch Ribak from 100MPH Marketing. Mitch is a real estate broker here in Florida that is having a stellar year even in a down market. He is not catering to REO’s, foreclosures, or short sale. He has developed his marketing system to produce results from the HomeGain BuyerLink program.
Our final interview of the day was with real estate investor, and promissory note expert, Simon Volkov. Simon joined us today to speak about the basics of promissory notes including what you need to know to make them legal, where to buy them, what to look for, and how to make a profit.
We closed the show today talking about a story about an agent in Greenbay, Wisconsin that was charged with criminal defamation after website postings and direct mail went out telling consumers that one of his competitors was a member of the Russian Mafia and she was funding terrorism.
