Real Estate Radio USA Episode 175

Real Estate Radio USA Episode 175

On today’s show we talked about the latest in real estate news including a new NAR study about home buying habits. We also had two interviews today, the first with “The Queen of Short Sales”, Dwan Twyford and the second with Michael Russer, “Mr. Internet”. All of this and more on this episode of Real Estate Radio USA.

We started the show with a story about a survey by the National Association of Realtors regarding the move by home buyers towards the internet and away from real estate agents.

Our first interview of the day was with Dwan Twyford from The Investor’s Edge University. Dwan joined us today to talk about loan modifications. She told us how they were used, what to say to the bank, how they are used by investors, and what to look out for so that you do them correctly.

We closed the show today with an interview with Mr. Internet, Michael Russer. Michael talked with us today about finding your niche, his new Online Dominance program, how it works, and why it is important for your real estate business.

About Barry Johnson

Barry Johnson is a Co-Editor and writer for iNews. He takes a "no holds barred" writing approach to all of the subjects he covers. Opinionated, and with a well established sense of right and wrong, you can always count on him to tell it like it is. He gets his core values from growing up in the South, where God and Country are the prevailing themes. You may not like what he has to say, but know that he believes in it to his very core. As an editor, he will stand by each writer in their decision to take on controversial subjects and allow them to tell the story in their own unique ways.
