On today’s show we talked about the latest in real estate news including a new way to run your real estate business and some new numbers released by NAR. We rounded out the show with two interviews, the first with Jennifer Cummings from Potato Chip Marketing and then Mike Collins from RehabList.com. All of this and more on this episode of Real Estate Radio USA.

Our first guest on the show today was the “best kept secret” in real estate marketing, Jennifer Cummings from Potato Chip Marketing. Jennifer spoke with us today about her background and how she got started in the business, he “give to get” marketing philosophy, and way to become relevant in a new real estate market.

Our next guest on the show today was Mike Collins from RehabList.com. Mike joined us on the program to talk about how investors are approaching the real estate market today, why cash flow properties will be the best buys for investors for the next few years, and how real estate agents and professional investors can form a beneficial working relationship.

We closed the show today with a story about the latest real estate market data released by the National Association of Realtors. The NAR, always finding the bright side to every storm cloud, announced that one in four metro markets in the US saw price rises. That was about the only nice thing they could find to say about the data.
