On today’s show we talked about the latest in real estate news including more comments from ActiveRain and a couple interviews beginning with the go to person for real estate investing advice, Bill Bronchick from LegalWiz.com and also Matthew Hardy from Real Estate Success Tools. All of this and more on this episode of Real Estate Radio USA.

We started the show mentioning the latest comments from the ActiveRain post we talked about on yesterday’s show. Barry made a good point that people should not complain about purchased leads not working if they are not willing to work those leads.

Out first guest today was nationally known attorney, author, entrepreneur, and speaker, Bill Bronchick from LegalWiz.com. Bill spoke with us today about land trusts and why investors use them in their real estate transactions. He also touched on some of the new provisions in the latest housing legislation.

We closed the show interviewing the developer of Real Estate Success Tools, Matthew Hardy. Matthew talked with us about the background behind REST, what sets this product apart from the competition, and where he sees data management going in the future for real estate professionals.
