We don't need government intervention, what we need are more jobs for American workers! If more people had jobs, there wouldn't be a foreclosure problem.

I'm also a real estate investor, and my problem is that sure I can find great deals in homes to buy, but the problem is that I can't find anyone who can afford the rent to live in any of my homes. So what happens is that now I find myself sitting on five mortgages that I have to cover with my own money. And with no end in site or at least with any clear idea as to when things will turn around, I'm going broke and may find myself going into foreclosure before it's over. So as an investor, the uncertainty alone keeps me from investing.
