I don't think that there is anything wrong with charging for a subscription. I've been following this site for awhile and the content that you post definitely has value. Enough value to people in the Real Estate that you should charge for it.

I want to cry! OK, maybe not that extreme, but I certainly do miss hearing from some of the most forward-thinking folks in the “real estate agent industry”, whatever that is. I still listen to archive interviews with folks like Swanepoel, The Shef, Jennifer Allen, and lots of others. The B & B crew awoke me from my real estate slumber (a.k.a. old school Realtor ways) and have pointed me in the right direction. Thanks guys, and good luck with the new endeavor!
