80% of the quality work is done by 20% of the realtors/agents  ...  &quot;most&quot; realtors/agents are part timers -  at best, part time abilities looking for a full time income at the consumers expense...

In the last 400 days the real estate market has changed dramatically, and it will change even more the in the next 400 days...    the days of the 6% commission are all but over, you&#039;re seeing flat fee&#039;s and 2/3 percenters from Miami to Maine and real estate offices are being emptied faster than Lake Hartwell..

It&#039;s okay that a buyer or a seller can use an alternative means to market their home  ...  the quality agents will benefit from this and the large horde of part timers will leave the business and go on to something they&#039;re good at.
