I keep reading from sorry, non-performing realtors that “we’re not in it for the money..we’re here for our clients”. Good luck with that!
We buy and sell real estate TO MAKE MONEY! It’s THE only reason I am involved with real estate and real estate investing.
That being said, as a business man and an investor, I also know the importance of a diversified portfolio. So that is why I am sharing all of these opportunities with you. But if you are willing to spend about say 4-6 hours per week, then all of the above is true. You just have to locate the right niche, put up your store, and sell to the world. Put that in your listing agreement and smoke it why don’t ya!
