Mr. Cunningham, please refer to me as Noel, I feel we go way back with all the back and forth commentary on the blogs. We may not always agree and I will definitely challenge you when I don't agree with something you say or write but that's what makes this country so great. I will visit your show as soon as I can free some time. I'm swamped .We will be in touch.

Noel...our position of helping Realtors is hardly a NEW stance.

We have had THOUSANDS of successful clients. We have and will CONTINUE to call for the bar to be raised higher and higher for agents everywhere.

You know I don't really care that you attempt to denounce us..many have tried...but alas you see how that's worked out.

However it is quite cowardly to denigrate those who may not know that you are insulting them.

By the way, if you have ever felt "blasted" by any of my posts here or elsewhere, then perhaps the shoe fits!

One who is confident in their ability and proficient at what they do need not feel blasted or criticized...on the other hand...well you know...

Lastly, this blog, the radio show and our seminars (both live and online), have always been designed to help those agents who want to up their game and become better.

Maybe you should actually READ more and LISTEN more to what we have said. Anyone who has (and I am sure you can see by our numbers) would OBVIOUSLY understand that.

So just who is it that is "computer illiterate"???

Funny how now you want to help us Realtors after you blasted us on bloodhound and continue to criticize us. Where did find these Realtors, who are obviously computer illiterate, to give you testimonials?
