I could not have said it better myself. I have been racking my brain why Realtors continue to chase their tails and expect change. Mark my word in 180 days or less I will have a better way to sell real estate and I mean a total change. So Realtors get ready because change is coming weather you like it or not. No more sitting by the phone, attending local Realtor board meetings and offering "free property evaluations".... get ready and I mean it! Holy crap! I could not have said it better myself.
