We’re making some BIG changes at Real Estate Radio. I mean some BIG changes. And you’re invited to come along.

So you may be asking yourself, what in the world does this have to do with real estate. Well…nothing. That’s just it. There are a ton of people out there who want to know about making money outside the realm of real estate.

About 6 months ago, we here at Real Estate Radio started diversifying. We knew where the market was headed and talked about it on our show daily. We knew that short sales and foreclosures were going to BE the real estate market, so we set our real estate business to run on autopilot.

Our entire real estate business was re-tooled to run completely on autopilot. Seriously, from lead capture to closing, our entire real estate business is on autopilot. Thanks Tim Ferriss!

So in designing basically a completely outsourced real estate system that works, we created a bunch of free time.

With there only being so much poker playing and traveling that one can do, we set our sights on finding the most lucrative business opportunities to explore.

We had a few criteria in place that any opportunity had to meet before we would even take a look at it.

1. It had to take no more than 4-6 hours per week. We just got done automating our real estate business and no way were we looking to go back to 40+ hour work weeks.

2. It had to require an investment under $500.00. In this economy we weren’t just looking to throw away money unnecessarily. That’s not to say we weren’t prepared to invest more in order to scale a new business, but investment had to be warranted.

3. And this is the most important, it had to show us conclusively that it had the potential to generate a MINIMUM of $10,000.00 PER MONTH within 90 days.

If we found something that met these criteria we knew we would have another winner in addition to our real estate business.

So we spent the holidays looking at everything. You wouldn’t believe the amount of CRAP that is out there being peddled to the masses…or maybe you would.

What we found is that Internet Marketing held the greatest potential for profit and met all of our criteria. So we jumped head first into the make money online market and I am happy to say it has been an amazing ride.

We are making more money than we ever thought possible. Best of all, making money online has opened our eyes to a whole new world. A world of no hassle, a world wide market, and the ability to literally make money 24 hours per day.

No, we’re not selling you anything. We really don’t care if you come along or not. But if you are looking for a viable and profitable way to either supplement your income or create a new opportunity for yourself then you are going to want to see what we are going to show you.

No, we’re not doing away with our real estate content on this blog, but we are opening a completely new section and that section will be devoted to making money online. We’re going to show you what to do and what not to do. What kind of things make money and what kind of things are duds and losers.

We’re going to introduce you to some real characters. I mean the Internet Marketing world is a whole lot different than the real estate world. It is quite humbling to be taught by a 15 year old kid making $30,000.00 per month.

It’s so refreshing to speak and network with people who really know what SEO is and how to use it to profit. It’s even a bit scary when we show you people who REGULARLY launch new products and make MILLIONS over night.

And yes, every bit of what we will show you is real. No bullshit. Yes, I said that just as you read it because the Internet Marketing world is real. It’s not sanitized, and you will be called out if you are full of shit.

When you see what we are going to show you I think you will be amazed. Yes, people ARE making a killing in this industry and Obama can’t do anything about it.
