I saw this commercial spot about a Tampa lawyer and as a marketer it made me realize how certain professions need to advertise much differently than others. Could you imagine if attorneys marketed like those in the Internet marketing space do?
When I buy an Internet product or hire a lawyer, I want credibility not hype. I think it’s time for change in the IM space.
I don’t see much hype here but it exudes credibility and it is quite subtle in approach. Why..because no convincing is needed. If you need his services you may look him up. Scarcity is based upon need, not pitch.
If I was in Tampa and needed a Tampa Lawyer, this is the kind of commercial that would get me to pick up the phone. What say you?
