Investment Property Tampa? Are you serious? I got an email or 10 from some guys who are promoting something they have coined “Web 3.0″. Normally I don’t respond to such emails because they are usually crap but that email met up with another email I recently received and it caught my eye when you look at the two of them together.
You see one guy is pitching inexperienced real estate agents and real estate investors as to how they can get first page rankings real easy, and the other was from a real estate agent who said she “does not have time to learn Internet Marketing”.
People..people..people…these terms and businesses are no longer mutually exclusive. Actually you’d be hard pressed to find any business that can exclude marketing online. So when one says that they don’t have time to learn about Internet Marketing, they fall prey to those selling them products that can get them on the first page of Google for something obscure like Investment Property Tampa.
I could go into volumes why the product is BS and the attitude is even more lame. But I haven’t the time here. Suffice it to say that if you’re reading this post after searching the term Investment Property Tampa, you may want to email me or comment below and find out just why it was so easy to rank for this term and why it’s vitally important for you to be able to know why.
Or you can buy whatever they are selling and find out the “special sauce” they have for ranking high for Investment Property Tampa. After all, it is your money!
Well it sounds like you know about internet marketing. Although the only credential I can point to is a very smug attitude about it. It doesn’t sound like you know anything about business though. As a businessman I think the small inestment is worth every penny because I’m leveraging my time. Who the hell wants to sit around writing a blog with a few keywords repeated over and over.

Thanks for your comment. I always love getting comments like this. Yes we do know a bit about Internet marketing. We operate over 50 websites and they actually make money. You could have easily searched testimonials on this page and seen the scores that we have. We just don’t feel the need to flaunt them.
As a business man I know the value of my time. That’s why this blog has over 6.000 posts, a good pr and over 10,000 or so links at last count. That’s called an authority site in the Internet marketing industry.
Here’s the rub, the keyword they used in their pitch is for suckers. We who know can check that and determine that. If you spend the money and buy some website that’s is based upon the keywords they stated, like Investment Property Tampa, then you have wasted your money.
I won’t tell you why becasue that would be showing off and quite smug. Just so you know we also run a number of websites and have posts all over the Internet to bring visitors and buyers to our various sites…including real estate.
If you think we’re wasting our time then the vary nature of what you wrote exudes inexperience. I can write a post from anywhere in the world at anytime. Our systems are designed to capture leads and place them in our sales funnel…fully automated.
Don’t worry, I’m sure there will be a few flies you can snare with the keyword Investment Property Tampa (darn I used that keyword phrase again…!)
By the way…I wrote this post above in about 10 minutes, it’s already ranked high and getting visitors to our site….I think you were one of them. I’m pretty sure that you were.
So I think :
a. I have already received a retrun on my investment
b. you aren’t too busy doing deals
c. if I was in you’re market I’d eat you for lunch!
But since I don’t know where you are, nor do I have the inclination to track you down…you’re fine and none of my clients can take you’re market either.
What you see as me being smug is actually disdain for people who market courses that promise people that they can be number 1 for google and don’t tell the people or may not know themselves that NO ONE is even going to see their site much less buy something from them.
You see, I don’t like seeing innocent people being ripped off by bogus claims. So I think you may have read me wrong. Our readers know that we don’t dish the BS and they respect us for that accordingly Our numbers here speak to that.

Well said Barry, I think I know who Jay is and he may be one of the ones promoting this product. If it is the person I think it is they claim to do short sales in record numbers, however they focus a lot on selling different software systems to new investors. There are several of these out there, so it makes me wonder if they are making money selling real estate or software.

I assumed as much. If it indeed was one of the promoters of that product then he should have had the b#$s to come clean. But that is the typical attitude of a lot of the scammer types. They know the average person hasn’t a clue then they try to take advantage of them. I wasn’t being smug, I, as an Internet Marketer think that it is the people who peddle trash should be exposed.
If anyone tells you they can get you in the top 10 in Google fast you need to ask them two questions:
1. What keyword phrase can they get you into the top 10 for, and how many “phrase” match searches per day does that keyword have (in this instance Investment Property Tampa had none…so Anyone can be in the top 10 for that phrase)
2..and this is the most important question…ask them to show you how many keyword phrases they are in the top 10 of google themselvs. Surely if you can teach someone how to be in the top 10, you must have some sites there yourself…and I’m talking a major keyword…otherwise go peddle your crap elsewhere.
That’s not me being smug, it’s me being tired of the BS too many people are peddling.
LOL, if I was promoting the product I would have said so. But I have looked into their product and they know what they’re talking about. They are offering a service which does not happen overnight. It takes quite a bit of work to get everything in place when youre talking about SEO, and so far I’m impressed with what they have done for me.
BTW, the guy Barry was referring to was not part of the company who is selling the product, but he may have been an affiliate. The point he was trying to make was that he is an investor, he doesnt have time to sit around in front of his PC doing SEO. The guy has virtual assistants doing everything for him and he is cleaning up in Tampa in the short sale business.
Anyone who is in the business would know that. But then I guess it’s to be expected for a competitor to try to trash another guy if he is doing well.
BTW, I also should add that after seeing Barry’s attitude here and his maniacal (Glenn Beckish) ranting about our president, there is no way in hell I’d fork over one thin dime to this Mickey Mouse outfit.
The President inherited a clusterfuck from the idiot Republicans and he’s doing a great job cleaning it up. Dow at 10,000, jobless claims down, and GDP is up.

I guess you didn’t see the elections a couple of days ago. By the way, two quick things. If you knew anything about us you would know that the producers of that “product” are not our competitors and secondly, I have’nt asked you to buy anything. I might also add that I’m PROUD to be a Conservative and an absolute Capitalist.
Won’t ever apologize for that and if it costs me business because of it, then so be it.
