Make Money On The Internet With Videos

It seems that the only thing that surpasses the quest to make money on Twitter is the equally hard task of making money with videos. Many a young videographer has tried to make money with that dancing cat or the yodeling baby. But few, if any succeed.

One of the reasons is that there is no real plan in place to make money on the Internet with videos. Just like with anything else, you have to have an actual plan in place that will allow you to earn revenue beyond the hope and a prayer of being on America’s Funniest Home Videos or some show like it.

One of the main ways to monetize your videos is to have a plan to become a YouTube partner. “We look at factors like the number of views, the video’s virality and compliance with the YouTube terms of service“, said YouTube spokesman, Aaron Zamost in a recent Time Magazine interview.

So if no one is watching your videos or if you are using copyrighted material in your videos you’re more than likely out of luck in your effort to become a YouTube partner. So just how lucrative can it be to be in business with YouTube? Ask David Devore of Orlando, Florida.

Devore shot a video of his son who was loopy from the anesthetic he was given at a dental appointment. 33 million views later, Devore is $40,000.00 richer as a result of the revenue generated from being a YouTube partner.

So if you want to be a YouTube Partner, follow these steps:

1. Create unique and meaningful content that gets viewed

2. You actually have to have the videos streamed on YouTube (open an account)

3. You own or have express permission to use and monetize all audio and video content that you upload — no exceptions.

4. You have to have an audience. YouTube is looking to partner with you…not promote you. They want to make money. Eyeballs mean money! If no one is watching your videos and I mean a substantial audience into the thousands…then don’t bother applying.

5.  So what you need to do is build a YouTube channel and start recording videos…lots of them and promote the heck out of them. We recently launched our own YouTube Channel and we are looking to do just that, build an audience. So go ahead and start today!

Makes you wonder what the heck you are wasting time on Twitter for doesn’t it. I mean if you’re like us you have a couple thousand followers with no real direct income being driven from it. Now if you had 3,000 subscribers to your YouTube channel…well you do the math.
