4. Eat Breakfast – Start your day off right with a good healthy breakfast.. I’m not a morning person myself but you don’t have to have a big breakfast, just have something that satiates you so that your not ravenous. Remember, your body has been idle for 8 hours (sleep) and needs some gas in the tank.
5. Exercise – This is a duh moment. Start walking, go swimming, buy a Wii console…do something. Get off the couch! Remember in order to burn calories you actually have to do something and no…clicking the remote is not exercise!
Knowing what amount of calories you should have per day is vital when attempting to lose weight. When you exercise or do regular activities, you burn calories. In order for you to maintain a healthy weight, you should not consume a lot more than you burn.
