Do some homework and find out through your agent how quickly past listings went pending from the various banks you are working with. It&#039;s pretty easy info for an agent to find out. Like les than 30 minutes for 6-12 months of data that may give you some insight into your market.</description>

Is this the case? or is the same as shortsale that a lot of the delays can be avoided if you do your homework?
