Ninja Property Forensics Made Easy

I get emails and phone calls from clients all of the time who want to know how we can tell what a deal really is.

Well,  in addition to the numbers, we have to be able to run down some basic, yet extremely valuable, info on the target property.

Now understand, what you are about to learn, doesn’t get taught in Realtor school, nor at any investment club meeting by any guru.

Why? Because most of the gurus and brokers out there don’t know how to do this themselves. Once you learn this technique, you’ll be armed with the most current, detailed info that will allow you to avoid the landmines in a deal and even allow you to find profit where most did not even know existed.

Take a look at this video and see how easy it is to get the leg up on your competition. And the best part of this technique is that it’s easy, quick and totally f.ree.

Enjoy this video.

FYI, it’s pretty detailed so you may want to click the full screen option to watch it.

Your information is fantastic. Our county takes 3 months to record information.

Thanks for your comment. Yeah some counties are pretty slow to act but once the info is made available on a more timely basis, you’ll be amazed at what you can find out. It’s so valuable in our business that I could not work without it. The video took 10 minutes while I was explaining it. If we were doing it it would take us mere seconds to find out everything we need to know..and 90+% of the time, the Realtor hasn’t a clue!

    Good luck out there!

    Hey Barry and Barry!

You are in broward? I just watched your ninja video and saw you using the city website. Im in broward too, I have seen your videos before but never noticed it till now. I just used that site today to check out a pretty solid deal i found in sailboat bend. Are you looking to partner up on a few deals? I did 2 in the last 3 weeks for some really good money. I also have a real estate license and could use some more of your helpful knowledge in my investing.

This is great stuff and works great in Cook County in Chicago as well. I’ve learned so much great real info from you guys for free that for over a year I’ve kept wondering what you’re gimmick is.

Hey Tony…thanks for the comment and for stopping by.

We seem to get that a lot. People are so used to the crap that they think there must be something being pitched. Well, we are in this for the long haul and just believe that everyone ups their game then there is more money for us all. Proficiency breeds profit.

I also now hav a contact in Chicago who I may be able to work with in the future. That’s how this whole Interwebs thing is supposed to work.

But we also also coaching…but we don’t push that…but you’re welcome to sign-up and pay us :)

Enjoy the videos and articles and make something happen today!

Thanks for encouragement. Amazing how great your marketing is. I was never looking to become a real estate investor in the first place. I was looking for a home in 33301 and found http://www.robinashley.com, which led me to the deal of the week, which led me to your site, which heavily tweeked my curiosity enough to study your videos in and out try and do my first deal here in Chicago.
