Yeah some counties are pretty slow to act but once the info is made available on a more timely basis, you'll be amazed at what you can find out. It's so valuable in our business that I could not work without it. The video took 10 minutes while I was explaining it. If we were doing it it would take us mere seconds to find out everything we need to know..and 90+% of the time, the Realtor hasn't a clue! Good luck out there! Thanks for your comment.
