There are two agencies involved,one gets 1% and the other who sold the house gets 3%. Only he wants the whole thing for 4% since he sold the house. If not he will stop the sale, the closing is this Friday. Should I tell our lawyer what this agent is trying to do r just wait and see what our lawyer does? he has power of attorney.
