Jackie Evancho Brings Down The House On America’s Got Talent
Jackie Evancho … Jackie Evancho … Jackie Evancho … say it one more time … Jackie Evancho. I just wanted you to get used to hearing it. Soon she’ll be a household name. She’s that good.
Last night on what was otherwise a lackluster show, the producers of America’s Got Talent pulled a fast one. They really did save the best for last. Hopefully everyone hadn’t turned off the show to watch Seinfeld re-runs or go to bed because if they did, they missed how a star is born.

Little Jackie Evancho, a 10-year-old girl from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania sang…no she was more like a siren…whose voice was so strong and compelling that you could not look away.
She sang an amazing rendition of the opera piece, Puccini‘s O Mio Babbino Caro. Within seconds of her beginning the song, you began to look for Ashton Kutcher. You immediately felt like you were being punked. No way this tiny little blond girl was booming out this song live some diva at the Met. Ashton..c’mon…we get it…it’s a joke. You almost had me.
But she kept singing and there was no Ashton and then I realized, OMG…this girl is amazing, stupendous, and 1000 different accolades. I set my reading glasses down like opera specs and actually stood in my living room and gave her a standing ovation.

Jackie Evancho..we all better get used to saying, and hearing that name for a very long time.
It is so refreshing to hear opera sung so beautifully…and by a little girl who does sing like an angel. The last little girl who sang like that was Charlotte Church…I hope this little girl wins..
Definitely the most adorable Idol in my honest opinion. Plays thepiano sings with a true sould. I love this young talent. Jackie is my one and only
