Advertising Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions shall be deemed incorporated in every insertion order or space contract tendered to Real Estate Radio USA unless modified by written agreement signed by an officer of “Real Estate Radio USA,” and shall supersede any inconsistent statements in such order or contract.
Payment Terms
Invoices are dated as of the broadcast or publication date and are due and payable upon receipt in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank No cash discount is given. Real Estate Radio USA shall have the right to require payment for advertising upon such terms as Real Estate Radio USA sees fit, prior to publication or broadcast of any ordered advertisement.
Pre-payment is required on all advertising by any advertiser who has not obtained a credit approval by Real Estate Radio USA. Payment may be by check, wire transfer or by credit card. Corporate advertisers will be allowed credit by after approval of a formal credit application.
In the event of non-payment, Real Estate Radio USA reserves the right to hold advertiser and/or its advertising agency jointly and severally liable for such monies as are due and payable to the Real Estate Radio USA.
The agency warrants by submitting the insertion order that it and the advertiser have accepted this responsibility. Real Estate Radio USA will not be bound by conditions, printed or otherwise, on contracts, order blanks or instructions when such conditions conflict with policies.
Contract & Copy Regulations
Real Estate Radio USA reserves the right to reject or to cancel any advertisement at any time. Advertisers and advertising agencies shall assume liability for all content (including text, representation, and illustration), and shall also assume responsibility for any claims arising therefrom made against Real Estate Radio USA.
Real Estate Radio USA shall not be liable for any failure to print, publish, or broadcast, distribute all or any portion of any issue in which an advertisement accepted by Real Estate Radio USA is contained if such failure is due to acts of God, acts of government or government instrumentality (whether federal, state or local), strikes, accidents, work stoppages, fire, or any other circumstances beyond the control of Real Estate Radio USA.
All advertising contract position clauses are treated as requests. Since editorial requirements change as issue production progresses, Real Estate Radio USA cannot guarantee fixed positioning unless a fixed position ad has been purchased.
Advertising materials will be stored by Real Estate Radio USA for 12 months and then destroyed, unless otherwise requested.
Repeat ads (pick-up ads) - the most recent advertisement will be picked up unless otherwise indicated on insertion order.
Real Estate Radio USA reserves the right to change the rates and terms herein at any time without notice, provided only that for any contract advertiser, the rates herein shall continue to applyper the terms of any existing contract by and beteen the advertisier and Real Estate Radio USA and for a period of 60 days from the expiration of said contract.
