Real Estate Radio USA Episode 30
December 20, 2007
Barry Johnson…
Lots of good news today. Bush signed the Mortgage Debt Relief Act of 2007. Let the Short Sales begin folks. It should be open season on real estate investments for everyone right now.
One of the things you should look into… If you do not have a normal charity, or group of charities you support, find one. This is the timeof the year most people think about these things, but start now and do it year round. I am telling you that you will be a MUCH happier person by getting involved in helping others. If you do not have a charity that you support, there are MANY out there that are worthwhile. My favorite charity is Habitat for Humanity. Try them out if you cannot decide, you will not be disappointed.
