Hey…just a quick note here. Everybody is looking for Buyer’s for real estate but more often than not, the people selling real estate are not giving the Buyer’s what they want.
Additionally, with so much inventory, what’s a buyer to do? Whether that buyer of real estate is an investor or an end buyer, they share one thing (maybe others) in common. They want a good deal! Read more

I am confused..especially by Bush bashers…when did this prevailing theme of government stepping in and “taking care” of everything begin. It’s a relatively new mantra.
Have we become such a pathetic useless society that we expect government to fix all of our ills?
I don’t have a job…government better do something? Last time I looked there were a ton of jobs in the classifieds… I can’t pay my mortgage…government better do something? Read more
