It’s A Long Race But You Need To Start…Today!

So many of us have websites, in fact you’re reading our new website right now. We just launched this today but already we are seeing tremendous traffic. It does not come easy and it does not come without planning, and it most assuredly will not consistently continue without a lot of hard work.
We are concentrating on branding right now. It’s a long race. But if we want to be successful it is one we have to run.
Do you have a website? Think anyone knows where it is…Google yourself or your website and see how many references come up. When we started this website there were zero references.
With a lot of hard work over the Holiday’s we launched today with about 2,500 references. Not where we intend on being by a long shot, but not bad for a brand new website with a limited advertising budget.
We have a lot of work ahead. To grow this to the point where we want to be it will take a tremendous ongoing effort and continued follow-up and content.
Want to be successful in 2008 in real estate? put your company name or yourself in Google or Yahoo and see if anybody can find you? Put your keywords in and see if anybody can find you?
Don’t let your website be like your MLS signs. If you know over 80% of prospective homebuyers are using the Internet, shouldn’t you learn how to properly capture them?
Get in the race today. Start today, and keep pace all year. It will really make a difference.
