Well, we started off the day with our dealings with the NAR (National Association of Realtors). Barry C wrote an article last night that talked about a recent NAR report. I guess the NAR took issue with the title that Barry C used in his post. They had their big, bad attorney Michael Thiel call us and…. well, I guess they had him call us to say they were not too happy about how we used the NAR’s name. We told him we were very sorry and that we would not tell everyone that NAR were selling out their members ever again. He was happy…
Anyway, we did do some news about the Pablum Puking officials in Baltimore that are suing Wells Fargo for predatory lending. Give me a break. These were the same people a couple of years ago that were ASKING Wells Fargo to do these types of loans. Same old story I guess, be careful what you ask for because you just may get it.
Finally, we discussed our marketing ideas for our mythical home for sell and came up with alot of “out of the box” ideas. Listen and use some of them if you need to be inspired.
