Barry C started off the show by letting us know Geppeto has spoken again and the rates are coming down! Think this is not the time to buy real estate? Fine with me, sit on the sidelines and I will be making the money.

We spoke with the Managing Director of the Macon Real Estate Investment Club, Mr. William Tingle. What a great guest and investor this guy is. He specializes in Subject To type deals and is making a killing in his area. Want to be able to take a 3 month vacation each year? Listen to the program or even call William and ask him.
Finally we asked the question… Do the REAL real estate agents not see what is happening to their profession? Why are they not standing up and telling their national association to get with it and start making it harder to get into this business/profession? I still do not understand.
