Today we had a special guest and one of my all time favorite figures in real estate, The Real Estate Investment Maverick himself, Mr. Frank McKinney. Frank spoke with us in one of our longest interviews ever. He let us know his 4 key strategies to profit in what he calls “The Great Real Estate Depression of 2008″. Frank spoke with us about his latest projects, the 3 books he is writing simultaneously, and his $29 Million “green” project he is currently building.
