February 25, 2008
Barry Johnson…
Today we spoke to Bill Bronchick from LegalWiz.com about the real estate investment market. We talked about plans that Congress has for the national housing crisis and how that is affecting price discovery. Lastly, we spoke about where the leading Presidential Candidates stand on housing.
We started off the show discussing the myriad of plans that are floating around Washington these days. From the idea of legislation that allows bankruptcy judges to alter mortgages, foreclosure prevention education programs, to new proposed government agencies funded by taxpayers that are formed to buy defaulted mortgages, it seems everyone has a way to get us out of the housing mess.
Bill Bronchick joined us on the program today to talk about some of his seminars he is doing and share some of his vast experience in real estate investing. He shared some of the knowledge that he teaches in his seminars and also the concept of the “Reverse Assignment”. This is a technique that you can use if you have seasoning issues, especially for a double closing. Listen to Bill, he is a wealth of real estate investment ideas.
We also talked about the Presidential candidates and each of their views regarding the current housing crisis. Listen to this episode to find out what they think.
Finally we closed with Barry C’s blog post titled, “The NEW 3 Most Important Words in Real Estate”. He goes in depth on the show about how to increase your website conversion rates. Check out the post then listen here for details.
