On today’s show we covered why agents are not succeeding in short sales in today’s market. From Barry C’s recent blog post to news articles, the writing is on the wall. We also talked to Tom Ferry from YourCoach.com on the show today. You can’t miss this episode of Real Estate Radio USA.
We started the show today with the latest real estate news including a story about short sales, in which, a national servicing executive from Bank of America was quoted as saying, “his company has accepted payments that are 10 percent to 40 percent lower than the amount owed, depending on the circumstances and the part of the country.” The deals are out there of you know what you are doing.
More news in the world of real estate including more tragic news of attacks on real estate agents, the US Dollar getting a pounding in the currency markets because of Fed rate cuts, and possible criminal investigations into 16 lenders including Countrywide Financial. Also an interesting report from the AP regarding a real estate business that looks immune to the so called “Housing Crisis”, real estate television. Maybe Real Estate Radio USA needs to be Real Estate TV USA. That kind of has a ring to it don’t you think?
