On today’s episode we discuss how the collapse of Bear Stearns will affect the real estate market, in particular short sales. Also, a seller’s agent defends their commission and real estate marketer Steve Hundley from 1ParkPlace.com joins us on this episode of Real Estate Radio USA.
We started the show with the shocking story regarding the purchase of Bear Stearns by JPMorgan Chase over the weekend. Barry C went in-depth in his blog post titled, “Now Do You Believe That Banks Really Do Short Sale”. Broker Bryant joined us on the program today to discuss the never-ending question regarding the justification of commission. The discussion was spirited and even Lindsay the Producer, soon to be Agent Rockstar, had a few questions.
