On this episode we discussed the news in real estate today that investors are coming back to the market and they are buying in bulk. Also we spoke with Brad Nix who was an organizer of RETech South and Kevin Tomlinson from his South Beach Real Estate Blog. All of this and more on today’s Real Estate Radio USA.
We started the show today by talking about the latest real estate news out of Detroit. A story from the Detroit Free Press describes the buying frenzy in the area. It seems that investors are now back in the market full force and are buying property in bulk. The reporter tells us investors are coming from as far away as Hong Kong to get in on the deals.
Our first interview was with Brad Nix from Maxsell Real Estate in Atlanta. Brad was one of the masterminds behind RETech South last week. We discussed topics ranging from the hugely successful event, to how technology has changed, and continues to drive his business.
We also had a chance to talk to Kevin Tomlinson from South Beach Real Estate Blog. Kevin is well known in the real estate blogosphere and has the added distinction of being the Condo King of Miami as well as Realtor to the Stars buying in South Florida. We had a spirited talk with Kevin and covered blogging in general, his take on the current housing market, and what it really takes to be a successful businessman in the real estate industry.
