Real Estate Radio USA Episode 91

April 3, 2008

On today’s episode we started a series kicked off by Barry C’s new blog post, “What Do You Do? and How Do You Do It?“. As the first guest in the series we interview James Hatton Jr. We also interviewed Mr Rehab himself, Pete Youngs. All of this and the latest in real estate news today on Real Estate Radio USA.

We started the day with the newest blog post from Barry C titled, “What Do You Do? and How Do You Do It?”. The post kicked off a series of interviews for the radio show and posts for the blogs. It will be about people who have achieved great success in their lives and have become extraordinary. The first person to be interviewed in the series was James Hatton Jr. who joined us today on the show. James has an incredible story and has just become an author at 25 years old.

Our second interview today was with Pete Youngs, Mr. Rehab. Pete has taught thousands of homeowners and investors around the country how to save thousands of dollars on their rehab projects. Learn some of his techniques and tips by listening to this informative interview.

We finished up the day with the latest in real estate news beginning with the story about the City of Philadelphia imposing their own moratorium on foreclosure auctions. They have even threatened to extend the moratorium until the banks do “something” to help people. This sets a dangerous precedent that we hope will not be allowed to continue.

In other news today we talked about the “Top 10 Places To Buy Foreclosed Homes” and the “Top 10 Riskiest Real Estate Markets” according to Forbes.com. In addition to the usual suspects, Forbes did have some surprises on both lists.
