Real Estate Radio USA Episode 96
April 10, 2008
We started today’s show with Barry C’s latest blog post. We discussed a recent real estate transaction in which no Realtor was used and tried to illustrate the fact that there was no NEED for a real estate professional. That discussion of NEED dominated the discussion and culminated in the fact that we here at Real Estate Radio USA are going to take a decided turn and start sharing some of our knowledge on the air and blog.
We also discussed the latest in real estate news including a story our of St. Paul in which the city has decided to sue lenders for the foreclosure blight in their city. Taking a page out of the playbook of Cleveland and Buffalo the city has decided that they want action. The only problem is finding the right party to sue.
We closed the show today talking with Mary McKnight from RSSPieces.com. The subject of Google and it’s inner workings dominated the conversation. Mary showed her well know brilliance again by sharing her secrets to get to the top of the search engines.
