Real Estate Radio USA Episode 106
April 24, 2008
On today’s show we talked about the influx of foreign buyers entering the US housing market, a new NAR website devoted to technology, a blog post by Barry C that expanded on our show from yesterday, and an interview with Mary McKnight from RSSPieces. All this on Real Estate Radio USA.
We started the show today talking about Barry C latest blog post titled, “What Did Carol Hian Do Wrong?“. This was story that we talked about yesterday on the program, but questions remained. Barry C went as far as inviting the author in question, Carol Hian, and her target, Chris Berg to discuss the situation even further on the program and blog.
From the real estate news today we discussed a story from USA Today that explains the many reasons why foreign buyers are gobbling up US real estate and how real estate agents are courting these buyers. Next we played some videos from the NAR’s new website about technology. If you have not already, take the time view these videos and leave us a comment. You should have a great laugh.
We closed the show today with our friend from RSSPieces, Mary McKnight. As usual, Mary left us with our heads spinning after she discussed such topics as blog security, social networking, commenting, backlinking, and much, much more.
