On this edition of blogging Thursday we were joined on the program by the Real Estate Zebra, Daniel Rothamel, and Mary McKNight from RSSPieces.com. We also talked about the doom and gloom of the housing market in reference to a Barry C blog post on this episode of Real Estate Radio USA.
We started the show today with the latest Barry C blog post titled, “It’s The End Of The World As We Know It And I Feel Fine!“. In addition, we talked about the feedback from Kevin Tomlinson who wrote a blog post letting people know that the advice in Barry C’s post is correct and all you have to do is follow the steps.
Our first guest on the program today was Daniel Rothamel from Real Estate Zebra. Daniel and Barry C have been sparring back and forth in the comments of some blog posts so we wanted to have Daniel on to clearly state his position on a few topics. As a real estate agent with a very strong brand, Daniel also shared with us how the Real Estate Zebra came about and how he adopted it as his brand.
We closed the show with another fact filled interview with Mary McKnight from RSS Pieces.com. Mary covered a plethora of subjects today including, the new Google Page Rank update, how to get to the top of the search engines in 90 days, how to build traffic and convert to leads, what to watch out for when talking to a real estate “SEO expert”, and how to use RSS feeds to your advantage.
