On today’s show we talked about the perception of real estate agents regarding lowball offers, how to use buyer’s incentives to get your property sold, and virtual assistants. We were joined by two owners of real estate virtual assistant companies, Jennifer Wilson from Agent Solutions and Laura Monroe from Creative Agent Solutions. All of this and more on this episode of Real Estate Radio USA.
We started the show today with an article about how real estate agents perceive, and deal with, so called “lowball offers”. With the state of the real estate market today, we talked about how any offer should be considered if a seller is truly motivated. We also discussed a story regarding some creative buyer’s incentives that are currently being marketed. At the end of this story we also touch on why we feel most real estate agents will not offer rebates to their customers.
Our guests today are owners of their own real estate virtual assistant companies. First we welcomed Laura Monroe from Creative Agent Solutions. We discussed with Laura the basics of virtual assistant, costs, how the work is tracked, and some of the many tasks that virtual assistants can perform. Next we had Jennifer Wilson from Agent Solutions on the show. Jennifer spoke with us in detail how real estate agents can leverage the technological knowledge of assistants.
