Real Estate Radio USA Episode 121
May 15, 2008
On today’s show we discussed some questions that every home seller should ask their real estate agent, a new study from the National Association of Realtors, and had an interview with “The 007 of Change”, Johnny Campbell. All of this and more on today’s episode of Real Estate Radio USA.We started the show discussing a story from the ABC affiliate in Baltimore. The story gave 10 questions that every home seller should ask when choosing a real estate agent. While the story was a good start, Barry C stated that the agents should supply all of this information without even being asked. You know, be transparent.
Our featured interview of the day was with “The 007 of Change”, Johnny Campbell. Johnny is an expert in transition and change in the business world and shared some of his techniques with us. Johnny spoke to us about branding and niche marketing, overcoming apprehension to change, and getting to the root concepts that often cause conflict. Johnny will also be speaking at the “Gen X/Y Sales and Leadership Conference” on June the 5th. We highly recommend attending if possible.
We closed the show with a press release from the National Association of Realtors. In the release, they discuss a survey which they claim is “representative of more than 1.2 million Realtors”. The press release speaks for itself and is highly entertaining reading whether you are a real estate agent or consumer.
