On today’s episode we talked about the latest in real estate news including a story about how sellers are offering incentives to buyers. We had two great interviews today including Martin Silverberg who discussed FHA loans and also Kwame Jackson. All of this and more on this episode of Real Estate Radio USA.

We started the show with a story about seller incentives. It seems that sellers are becoming more and more creative in their marketing to draw the buyers to their properties.

Our first interview of the day was with Martin Silverberg from Allied Home Mortgage who discussed FHA loans. Martin talked in-depth about people’s misconceptions of FHA, the new FHA changes, some of the programs, and some tips to draw buyers using these programs.

We closed the show with a great interview with Kwame Jackson. You might remember Kwame from the first season of the Apprentice. He spoke with us today about his new luxury lifestyle brand, the book he has coming out in 2009, his experiences with vulture funds, and some ways to stay positive in this challenging real estate market.
