On today’s show we talked about the latest in real estate news including Indymac, the City of Atlanta citing real estate agents for code voilations and an interview with author and speaker Tom Armour, The Listening Guy. All of this and more on this episode of Real Estate Radio USA.
We started the show with the news about Indymac bank closing its doors. Barry C wrote a blog post titled, “IndyMac Bank Shut Down By Feds!” that we discussed in detail on the show today.
We also talked about another blog post that Barry C wrote titled, “Real Estate Agents Being Held Liable For The Condition Of Foreclosures“. Talking about this issue with the City of Atlanta citing real estate agents for code violations on their REO properties, we spoke with Robert Broome from the Atlanta Board of Realtors and then Tenee Hawkins, the spokeswoman for the code enforcement division for the City of Atlanta.
We closed the show with an interview with The Listening Guy, Tom Armour. Tom joined us today to speak about using listening techniques to enhance your real estate sales business, the concept of the “listening close”, time management, and how to work your sales pipeline. Tom will be speaking at the United State Real Estate and Wealth Expo on July 18th in Miami.
