We opened the show today talking about how real estate agents are communicating with their customers. After a couple of personal, first-hand observations, we concluded that too many sales people are stuck in the old ways of doing things and need to better understand today’s consumer.
Our first interview of the day was with Loral Langemeier from Live Out Loud. Loral spoke with us about some of her strategies that have made hundreds of her students millionaires. We spoke about setting your business up, what pitfalls to watch out for, and how to “Create the Wealth Cycle”.
We closed the show today speaking with real estate author, speaker, coach and developer, Doug Crowe. Doug spoke with us about some of the biggest mistakes novice investors make, the formulas to thrive in today’s market, investors working with real estate agents, and the current state of the real estate market.
