Tuesday August 5, 2008 - Lisa Lauroesch

Lisa Lauroesch is Vice President of Business Development for Bid4Assets and is responsible for developing strategic relationships and offerings with financial institutions and service providers in the REO marketplace.  Prior to joining Bid4Assets, Ms. Lauroesch spent 15 years at Freddie Mac, most recently as Senior Director of Offerings Development.  Her extensive experience at Freddie Mac included several management roles in automated underwriting, product development and implementation, business planning and strategic marketing.  This experience armed Ms. Lauroesch with a solid foundation on mortgage and real estate products and business development, as well as the know-how to maximize business-to-business relationships in today’s technological marketplace.

Prior to Freddie Mac, she was a licensed real estate agent in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.  In her 26 year career, Ms. Lauroesch has also worked at Fannie Mae developing commitment control systems, and as a management consultant for such agencies as the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Commerce and other government clients at CGI, formerly American Management Systems.  Ms. Lauroesch earned a MBA from the State University of New York at Albany, and a BA from the College of the Holy Cross, Worcester, MA.

As a leading online real estate auction expert in the REO industry, Lisa Lauroesch of Bid4Homes, alongside Rick Sharga of RealtyTrac, will be appearing on a panel at the upcoming 2008 Five-Star Default Servicing Conference and Expo in Dallas as an industry expert discussing how technology will significantly impact the future of real estate.

Wednesday August 6, 2008 - Paula Pompa

Paula Pompa, born in Fort Lauderdale, earned real estate degree at University of Florida, was licensed in 1977, worked for various banks handling REO marketing, was VP of Home Savngs/Savings of America Real Estate Sales for southern states for 11 years where I sold more than 5000 reo properties, have been selling several lenders reo properties since 1998, was top 3% of sales for Broward County in 2003.  Mother of 4, one child grown and runs veterinary hospital, 3 young children 10, 6 and 3 of which two are adopted special needs from Children’s Home Society.

Thursday August 7, 2008 -Jeff Thredgold

Friday August 8, 2008 - Mitch Ribak

I started Tropical Realty of Suntree in March of 2005.  After testing my model for two successful years, it only made sense to go to the next level.  In that time we have grown from myself and 3 Agents to 23 Agents, a support staff of three and myself.  Over the past almost three years we have grown consistantly.  It has been a ton of fun helping my Agents become successful and teaching them my Internet programs.  In three years we have not lost one Agent to another Agency.  I guess that says a lot for our team.  Our success has been a combination of great systems and great people.  All of us get along like family.  We fight once in a while but we all really care about each other.  There is no back stabbing or worries about anyone stealing a customer or lead from another Agent.  We are truly blessed.
