On today’s show we talked about the latest in real estate news including two great interviews. Our first interview today was with  Denny Grimes from Denny Grimes and Company and our second was with Brad Inman from Turn Here. All of this and more on this episode of Real Estate Radio USA.

Our first interview of the day was with Denny Grimes from Denny Grimes and Company. Denny just got back from speaking at the 2008 Star Power Conference in Orlando and spoke with us about how the path for market recovery is already mapped out, how pricing your listings correctly will hasten the recovery, and how to say “NEXT”.

We closed the show interviewing entrepreneur, speaker, and real estate mogul Brad Inman from Turn Here. Brad joined us on the show today to talk about the Turn Here product, how it can be used in real estate, and pricing. We also touched on some other areas including the idea that real estate professionals should be viewing their businesses as media companies rather than the traditional sales company.
