On today’s show we talked about the latest in real estate news including reviews of HomeGain’s new AgentView product and the phenomenon of value range pricing. We also had two interviews today, the first with Christian Sterner from Wellcomemat.com and second, Karen Moore from This House Is Cooking. All of this and more on this episode of Real Estate Radio USA.

We started the show with a blog post from ActiveRain written by our buddy Louis over at HomeGain. Louis’s post talked about the recent reviews from the RE.Net regarding the launch of AgentView. We discuss how some people can be so negative about a product they know nothing about.

Our first interview of the day was with Christian Sterner from Wellcomemat.com. Christian spoke with us today about Wellcomemat’s new partnership with TurnHere and how it will enhance the options for their customers, the chapter feature in their software, and ways for agents to use video on their websites.

Our next guest on the show was Karen Moore from This House is Cooking. Karen talked with us about how she came up with the program, what exactly they are going to be doing, and what they have planned for the series in the future.

We closed the show today with a story out of Seattle. It seems that there is a new phenomenon catching on out on the West Coast called value range pricing. We talk about what a ridiculous marketing farce this is and why.
