Also on the show today we spoke with Bill Twyford from the Investor’s Edge University and Laura Ries from the marketing strategy firm, Ries & Ries. We started the show today with a news video from Diana Olick at CNBC. Diana reported on the latest real estate numbers and interviewed Lawrence Yun, chief economist for the NAR, who blamed the housing industry mess on Fannie Mae’s and Freddie Mac’s lending guidelines.
Our first interview of the day was with Bill Twyford from the Investor’s Edge University. Bill talked with us today about banks that have been tightening down on loan modifications and throwing people into forbearance agreements. He explains what this means to real estate investors and homeowners that are working in distressed properties.
We closed the show with an interview with marketing and branding expert Laura Ries from the marketing strategy firm, Ries & Ries. Laura spoke with us about the basics of branding and why is important for all businesses to build their brand. This interview is a must for all agents intent on increasing their business.
