On today’s show we talked about the latest in real estate news including the kickoff off the New World Order Program with Michael Gerber. We also welcomed two guests on the show today, the first being Dwan Twyford from The Investor’s Edge University and second, Stefan Swanepoel from RETrends. All of this and more on this episode of Real Estate Radio USA.

We started the show with a recap of last night’s kickoff of the New World Order Interactive Real Estate Business Program. We talked about the lesson taught by Michal Gerber and how that should get everyone in the right frame of mind to dominate their local real estate market.

Our first guest on the show was Dwan Twyford from The Investor’s Edge University. Dwan spoke with us today about how homeowner’s are doing their own short sales, how homeowner’s are using bankruptcy to their advantage, what investor’s are doing to buy rental properties, and her special she is doing on her new book. We also spoke with the real estate visionary, Stefan Swanepoel from RETrends.
