Dear Harry: One day last week I saw a TV commercial from a man who said he has a Web site where he will give people information about houses that are available from HUD for a couple of hundred dollars. I went to the site and he was selling videodiscs about how to get rich in real estate starting with less than $1,000. Is this possible? Is it worth the $250 for the discs?
