An assignment of the mortgage and note was recorded on july 31st 2008 and signed by the "assignor" who was M.E.R.S., whowas also listed as a defendant in the case on July 22nd 2008. It gets more interesting, there was no seal affixed to the assignment,the mortgage and note were note attached,the assignment was signed by an assistant secretary working for the plaintiffs attorney,the notary who notarized the assignment also notorized the affadavit that came with a motion for summary judgement,the same assistant secretary that signed the assignment also swore to and signed the affadavit.
