<p><strong>ELIGIBILITY<br />
</strong>All entrants must be 18 years of age or older. To be eligible for a  prize, you also must have a valid social security or tax identification  number. Employees (and the members of their immediate families (defined  as spouse, parents, siblings or children) and households (whether or not  related)) of Sponsor and any agency involved in this Sweepstakes are  not eligible to enter or win. By entering, you agree to these Official  Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in  all respects. <p><strong>PRIZE RESTRICTIONS<br />
</strong>Winner assumes sole responsibility for all costs associated with the  prize not explicitly outlined above. Winner is solely responsible for  any applicable federal, state and local taxes in connection with the  prize. Prize substitutions are not allowed, and prize is not  transferable. Only Sponsor may elect, at its discretion, to substitute a  prize of greater or equal value due to lack of availability for any  given reason.</p>
<p><strong>HOW TO ENTER</strong></p>

<p>All contests will have the identical barrier to entry. To enter, contestants are required to become a Fan of one of the Facebook fan pages of Interactive Metronome and provide their name and email address. Duplicate entries will not be  accepted. Anyone who enters their email address more than one time will  have all of his or her duplicate entries removed (leaving that person  with only one entry). This is done to prevent anyone from making  multiple entries to increase his or her chances of winning.</p>
<p>Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, delayed, misdirected, or  incomplete entries or for any error, omission, interruption, deletion,  defect, or delay in online operations or transmission. All entries  become the property of Sponsors and will not be returned. Information  submitted on the entry form may be used for promotional or other  purposes by Sponsor and their affiliates.</p>
<p><strong>PRIZE DRAWING</strong><br />
On <strong>Monday, August 15th, 2011, at 5:00 p.m.</strong> or within a reasonable time thereafter, Sponsor or its designee will  randomly choose the winning entries from among all eligible entries.  Subject to verification of eligibility, the person whose entry is so  drawn will be declared the winner.</p>
<p><strong>WINNER NOTIFICATION<br />
</strong>Sponsor will attempt to contact potential winners by phone or email  in accordance with the information supplied to Sponsor on their Entry  Forms/text alert subscription. Winners may be verified over the  telephone and may be asked to provide Sponsor with valid identification  and execute a declaration of eligibility and a publicity release. The  announcement of the winner will be sent via email to the winner as well  as to all contestants.</p>
<p>Once Sponsor or Administrator receives Potential Winner’s Mailing  Information, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release  (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Documents”) will be sent to the  Potential Winner via overnight email.</p>
<p>The Potential Winner must print out and sign the Sweepstakes  Documents. The Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release  must be notarized. To notarize Affidavit of Eligibility and  Liability/Publicity Release, the Potential Winner will need to appear  before a notary public, who will verify that he/she is the person  signing it.</p>
<p>After filling in all the information, the Potential Winner must scan  all Sweepstakes Documents and return to Sponsor within 48 hours of the  date the Potential Winner received the Sweepstakes Documents, or the  Prize will be forfeited and an alternate Potential Winner selected for  the unclaimed Prize.</p>
<p>Acceptable identification includes a valid driver&#8217;s license or other  valid picture ID showing name and address. Faxes will not be accepted.  In the event that any potential winner</p>
<p>(a) cannot be contacted directly by Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours from initial attempted notification,</p>
<p>(b) fails to satisfy any eligibility or verification requirement herein,</p>
<p>(c) declines to accept the prize,</p>
<p>(d) or is otherwise determined to be ineligible,</p>
<p>Sponsor in its discretion may disqualify that individual and an  alternate winner will be chosen by random drawing to be held as soon as  reasonably practicable after initial winner is determined to be  ineligible. Alternate winner is subject to all eligibility requirements  and restrictions of these Official Rules. Sponsor will conduct one  alternate drawing. If Sponsor is unable to confirm an eligible winner  for a particular prize after one alternate drawing, no further drawings  will be conducted for that prize and that prize will not be awarded.</p>
<p><strong>PUBLICITY RELEASE<br />
</strong>By accepting prize, winner agrees that Sponsor has the right to  publicize their name, photograph (including the use and appearance of  winner&#8217;s photograph on Sponsor&#8217;s web page, Facebook page and Twitter  account), likenesses, biographical information, e-mail address, voice  and details of winning for purposes of this and future promotions  without further compensation.</p>
<p><strong>LIMITATION OF LIABILITY/DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY<br />
</strong>Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for the failure for  any reason whatsoever of Potential Winner’s receipt of the Prize  Notification or of Sponsor or Administrator’s receipt of Potential  Winner’s response and/or Sweepstakes Documents. Return of any Prize  Notification or Sweepstakes Documents as undeliverable, the inability of  Sponsor or Administrator to contact the Potential Winner, the failure  of the Potential Winner to contact Sponsor or Administrator in a timely  manner, the inability of the Potential Winner to accept or receive the  prize for any reason, and/or the non-acceptance by the Potential Winner  of any prize for any reason will result in disqualification of such  Potential Winner, and alternate Potential Winner will be selected  randomly from all remaining eligible entries received.</p>

<p>(a) are not responsible for lost, interrupted, or unavailable  network, server, or other connections, or for any failed, delayed,  misdirected, corrupted, or garbled transmissions or errors of any kind,  whether human, mechanical, or electronic, or for entries that for any  reason are not received by Sponsor by the deadlines stated above;</p>
<p>(b) are not responsible for any injury or damage to any cell phone,  computer, modem or other electrical device as a result of participation  in this Sweepstakes or downloading of any software or materials;</p>
<p>(c) will not be responsible for the inability to select winner because of equipment failure, or data storage failure;</p>
<p>(d) are not responsible for any fees associated with, or charged by your carrier for, text message services; and;</p>

<p><strong>MISCELLANEOUS<br />
</strong>Sponsor shall be entitled to interpret these Official  Rules-including but not limited to rules regarding entries, selection of  winner, deadlines, restrictions on prize, and eligibility -and all of  its decisions are final. By entering, entrants agree to these Official  Rules.</p>
<p>Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this  Sweepstakes or any part of this Sweepstakes should any non-authorized  intervention, network failure, information storage failure,  telecommunications failure, malfunction, or other causes beyond its  control, corrupt or impair the security, administration, fairness and/or  operation of this Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in its sole  discretion, at which time, Sponsor will select the winner by conducting a  random drawing from among all non-suspect entries received at the time  of the Sweepstakes cancellation, termination or suspension.</p>

<p>(4) to take photos of the prize, post on his/her wall and tag the Sponsor;</p>
<p>(5) to write a testimonial to the Sponsor.</p>
<p>Sponsor reserves the right to make changes or additions to these  Official Rules and/or extend the dates of the Sweepstakes for any reason  at any time without prior notification and cancel, suspend, modify or  terminate the Sweepstakes in event of any technical malfunction,  including any unauthorized tampering or other interference beyond the  control of the sponsor. Sponsor’s and/or Administrator’s failure to  enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver  of that provision.</p>
<p>Use of computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic, automatic and  other similar means to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited and may  result in the disqualification of entries and/or the entrant.</p>

<p><strong>USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION<br />
</strong>In order to participate in the Sweepstakes, entrants will be  required to supply certain information about them. This information will be used by Sponsor for the purposes  of administering the Sweepstakes and for marketing purposes, but will  not be sold or rented to third parties. The personal information will be  collected, processed and used in accordance with Sponsor’s stated  privacy policy. To notarize Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, the Potential Winner will need to appear before a notary public, who will verify that he/she is the person signing it.</p>
<p>After filling in all the information, the Potential Winner must scan all Sweepstakes Documents and return to Sponsor within 48 hours of the date the Potential Winner received the Sweepstakes Documents, or the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate Potential Winner selected for the unclaimed Prize.</p>
