Football Tickets And Concert Tickets

Super Bowl 2010I bet you’re wondering what football tickets and concert tickets have to do with Internet marketing. Well let me save you the head scratching. You see they have everything to do with why I strive to make money on the Internet.

You see, living in South Florida has its perks and one of those perks is we get to host some of the best events you’d ever see. However, those events aren’t cheap at all.

It’s not like we stand in line for tickets or want to be up in the nose bleed sections. I want to be right down in the thick of it. If we can get front row for concerts then that’s where I want to be.

Forget 50 yard line tickets..it’s hot down here in the South Florida sun. I want to be in a club area or in a sky box. That ain’t cheap!

You see in the next couple of weeks, we’ve got the Pro Bowl, The Super Bowl and then later on we have U2 in concert and a stop by Taylor Swift as well. (no..it’s not me who is going bonkers over Taylor Swift..that would be the crazy teen fanatic who has got that covered)

I’ll settle for watching Peyton and Drew Brees and then basking in the resonance of Bono and the Edge. But still, what does this have to do with Internet marketing? Everything!

You see in order for me to be able to afford Super Bowl skybox rentals for family and friends, or being able to spring for U2 Concert Tickets, which I would have sold the boat for, or to get Taylor Swift Concert Tickets for my daughter, it would not be possible without Internet marketing.

I’m not sure what the Internet lifestyle means to you but when I’m slaving over articles and pounding backlinks and researching for those really good niches, I’m looking forward all the while for the big payoff.

Simply put making money online allows me to afford to do the things that I want to do. Does your current job afford you the ability to rent skyboxes for the Super Bowl? Could you even buy tickets for events like Taylor Swift and U2?

If not, then maybe it’s time to make a change. We’ll show you how and hold your hand every step of the way. Watch this video and learn about the only Internet marketing system that you’ll ever need.

Trust me, spend some time learning and concert tickets and football tickets will be the least of the luxuries that you’ll be able to indulge in.

Stop..Stop..Please Stop With The Internet Marketing Insanity!!

Secret CodeI’m sorry..allow me to rant for a few moments here. I am just so tired of getting lame email after lame email every morning about the next big thing! That next big “system” that’s going to make me millions overnight, on autopilot.

Are people that stupid? That delusional to think that there’s some secret, some hidden code, some magic bullet out there that’s going to launch them into the dream life of Lambo’s and mansions?

It’s a joke, it’s pathetic and it ought to be criminal for anyone to promote a product that makes such outright false promises. Oh yeah..there is! Yet I’m sure that in email after shameless email there’s that well written hook that lands in the cheek of the unsuspecting reader, that gets him to part with his hard earned money.

There is one big secret in Internet marketing. That secret is that there is no secret, push button, magic bullet. It doesn’t exist except in the hyped up promotion of the system du jour.

Have you read the 4 Hour Work Week? Do you know how much work and how long it took to even get to the point where the 4 Hour Work Week was a reality? It doesn’t happen over night and it isn’t delivered on a platter to you for $1,997.00.

It makes me laugh every time I see marketers trying to push another one of these “Broke The Code Magic Bullet Make Money On Autopilot” systems that require no work. Are you kidding me?

Let me ask you a real simple question…can you buy the recipe for Coca-Cola? How about the recipe for Kentucky Fried Chicken? Why not? I’ll tell you why not. Why would any business person sell the product that makes them unique and successful to millions of potential competitors?

Well of course they wouldn’t! Those corporate “secrets” are what’s known as proprietary information. It’s the corner stone of their business and it would be foolish to simply give that information to another company.

So why do so many Internet marketers sell so many “autopilot secret code systems”? Well because that’s their secret. Their business is keeping you in the dark and enforcing the belief that there is such a secret.

Their business is placating the Cheetos eating, Jerry Springer watching, lottery ticket buying crowd that they can make a million over night. It’s big business keeping the populace hoodwinked. Undoubtedly they will continue to make hundreds of thousands of dollars with these products.

Like P.T. Barnum once said, “there’s a sucker born every minute.” (I always wondered if he really said that…)

So if you really want to learn the code or unlock the vault, roll up your sleeves and do just that. Acknowledge and understand that there is no magic formula other than hard work that is going to get you to the financial position in life that you want to obtain. The sooner that you realize that there is no easy way out, the faster you will reach your goals.

We believe that the right education coupled with the right motivation and right tools, will get you the financial windfall that you are seeking. Whether it’s to supplement your current income or to replace the job you are working on, it can most assuredly be achieved if you commit to doing so.

So hit the delete button the next time you get an email from someone telling you that they have “found the secret code” or have the “magic bullet”.

Enough said about that crap. If you’re ready to make a change in your life, then start learning today what you need to do to become a successful Internet marketer.

Here’s where you can start. And the only thing you’ll have to pay is attention!

Internet Marketing Trends To Look For In 2010

Internet Marketing Trends For The New Year Indicate That Blogging Is Dead!

Entrepreneur.com published a very interesting article regarding Internet marketing trends to watch in the new year. While their top 10 list of online trends contained the usual fare, there were some eye opening trends that they have spotted and that we all may want to take notice of.

They rated their survey of trends as either, Invest in them, Test in them, or Give them a rest (i.e. fuhgettaboutit!). Two of the trends that they said were dead for 2010 made the hair on the back of my neck stand up. The article said that blogging as we know it is done, over, finished. Surprisingly, I agree.

Let’s face it, the system is gamed to the max. How much more can be written about the same subject over and over again. There are only so many keywords (at least that’s what many think), the industry is permeated with black hat seo tactics and not that I’m a Nobel Laureate, there’s a lot of crap being written just to “try” and fool the search engines.

The result is a consumer that bypasses much of what’s written as they are skeptical and resistant to the onslaught of “you too can make $10,000.00 per day and I have the secret!” Remember, Col. Sanders made KFC a brand by NOT giving away the secrets. Yet inane Internet marketers continue to think the public is stupid. Pssst…if it’s a secret code then why are you selling it? Just asking..but I have to tell you that selling the “secret code” is an oxymoron! Sort of like airport security. Just saying…

All is not lost however, as Entrepreneur says…”If you’re writing a blog to help with search engine rankings or to inform existing customers, you should continue to test or invest”. Which is why we, for the moment, continue to write. Notice the words “sell” and “market to”, were not included in that line. I agree. I really never saw blogging as a sales platform. It has been more an ends to a means per se.

We blog to of course improve our rankings, but first and foremost to inform our existing readership. That’s why we chose a magazine style format when we created this blog. We didn’t want the site to appear like an ocean of text merely directed at selling to the point of nauseation (yea..I made that word up!).

If you are truly looking to sell to a consumer then you are going to want to target them with landing pages that give them what they are looking for. For instance, this article is about Internet marketing trends. If someone is reading this they are more than likely looking for what will be hot for 2010.

I guess I could sell them and e-book or some kind of special report, but I’m looking to “inform” our readership which in turn hopefully brings them back for future visits. maybe they return enough to the point where they give me permission to market to them by opting in for something.

However, this article is not written to sell or market anything to them. If I was looking to market something to this demo (you do know what that is right??), I would create a new landing page on a new domain that is a pitch page. That’s how you market directly to a prospect. As the entrepreneur.com article suggests… “

Converting prospects into customers depends on driving visitors to content that maximizes conversions, and that means your conversion rate is only as good as the content on your landing page. If that landing page is your blog and your blog changes frequently, your conversion rate is only as good as your latest blog post.”

Get the point? Hopefully you understand that when the consumer is looking for a camera, then sell it to them. When they are looking for “pictures of corvettes” don’t write a blog post that ends up being a pitch. Your conversion will suck! Maybe that’s the reason so many Internet marketers work on the 1% conversion model. it’s probably due to the fact that they won’t test and invest in creating new landing pages on keyword specific domains.

Look at it this way. If you launched just 2 landing pages per week, it would only cost you about $80 bucks per month. At the end of the year you would have 100, keyword specific, laser targeted landing pages directed at what the consumers really want.

Enough about blogging. Now for the other startling bit of info from Entrepreneur.com. They say that online radio and podcasting is out for 2010. Yikes! Just as we are about to launch Massive Profits Radio, could we be dead before we start? well it doesn’t appear that we’re toast as we luckily already have a listenership and readership. If we were just starting out with no traffic and no name recognition I doubt we would be getting into it.

Also, it’s not a media component that you want to half-ass your way through. We have spent thousands of dollars on equipment. The idea is to differentiate ourselves. We have known many who tried to follow us when we were doing our real estate radio show and they failed miserably. It’s not easy and if it’s not done right, you may end up actually hurting your brand rather than enhancing it.

One of the reasons that Entrepreneur.com advises against podcasting and online radio for 2010 is because they believe that most who attempt to broadcast a show don’t have the resources to “make the media more shareable” and “more engaging“. Our shows had both of those aspects covered. Trust me, you may not have liked what we said on our shows, and you may not like what you hear on Massive Profits Radio, but you WILL be engaged. We make it a point to be entertianing AND informative.

But alas, we live in a YouTube world and as Entrepreneur.com says and as everyone has been clamoring about, video is the wave of the future. So does that mean Massive Profits Radio will soon morph into Massive Profits TV? Well let me ask you this. If one of the strongest Internet marketing trends for 2010 is the increased use and penetration of online video..what do you think?

Learn How To Make Money Online For Free

Video professor And Free Products

Here’s an announcement that you need to hear. There is no reason to be ashamed at wanting to learn how to make money online for free. A lot of our readers want to make money online but don’t have the financial resources to buy some of the products they see being promoted. But don’t worry. Making money online doesn’t mean that you have to buy courses that cost hundreds or thousands of dollars.

There is most certainly a way to make money online for free. We subscribe to the theory of advancing the free line. I have been finding out more and more that the theory that Chris Anderson had is becoming more and more of a reality.

As Anderson wrote, “… the idea that you can make money by giving something away is no longer radical.” That statement seems to be extremely applicable to the Internet marketing industry. We are seeing more and more readers. We are seeing more and more subscribers. And certainly more participants to our trainings, webinars and of course our listenership to our radio show episodes has exploded. All of it offered for free, without a single pitch or request for anyone to buy any products that we have created.

All of this underscores what we are finding out. As previously discussed, those who begin to market with full integration end up creating longer lasting relationships. So how do you make money by giving your content away for free? That’s the easy part. You create value and build brand loyalty.

Brand loyalty and the concept of branding is an ageless marketing strategy that many in the online world have either abandoned or simply ignored. That’s why so may in the business are not recognized by the masses. I’ll give you a quick example. While we all know the big names “in the biz”, you’d be hard pressed to find anyone in the mall who even knows who Frank Kern or Eben Pagan. While I like both of those guys and think they are pillars of the online community, they are not readily recognized outside of our circle.

Now, on the other hand…do you know who the Video Professor is? He is branded and provides a free product and then once his credibility has been established with the value of his product known, he can make money based upon his inherent authority with his audience. And you know what, I’ve never received an email pitch from anyone in his organization.

While you may not be able to be the next Frank Kern and while it may be impossible to be as world renown as the Video Professor, you can start today by advancing the free line in your own endeavors.

While many may not agree with me, I can tell you first hand that the building of our brand has allowed us to grow exponentially. And our growth has been achieved without the program that most gurus speak of.

Well, if you would like to learn how to make money online for free, take a moment and watch the video below. Though many have given up on making money online it is still possible to make money without paying anything to start. This website is designed to help those who need a little help without spending an arm and a leg.

How To Make Extra Money Without Spending Any

We get emails and tweets from people all of the time who want to know how to make extra money. Problem is that most of the people we hear from want to know how to make extra money without actually spending any money.

Umm…you even have to pay for lottery tickets! Seriously, making money online isn’t easy and it’s surely not something you can do without any personal investment. Even if you intend on being the next Perez Hilton or William Sledd, you still need to buy a at least a Flip Mino video camera?

That is to say that some people see rise to riches stories and think they can do the same. While it is definitely possible to make HUGE amounts of Internet money, I’m not aware of anyone who has done so without a combination of sweat equity and some form of personal investment.

Not much in life is accomplished without effort and finding out how to make extra money is fine, as long as you proceed with that simple caveat in mind. That being said, let’s see if we can’t help you with your quest to make extra money.

Since we’re about making money on the Internet, we’re going to focus on the Internet as the medium of choice for generating some relatively quick cash. So let’s look at some of the things you will need to do.

1. Commit to Internet marketing as a business. It doesn’t matter if you are going to start a blog, become an Amazon affiliate or become a YouTube star. You need to commit to it and tell yourself that you are starting a business. Telling yourself this will make you take on the responsibility to actually run a business. At least let’s hope so.

2. Decide what you’re good at. The biggest obstacle most people have in making money online is doing something they’re not good at. To me, making money is about having fun. Otherwise I’d just get a job. This is FUN. I like to write. You may be a camera hound and love to make videos, maybe you want to have a radio show…now that’s a novel idea (couldn’t resist the plug…sorry)…whatever your passion is, pursue it.

3. If you want to know how to make extra money then make sure it truly is extra, as in there is money somewhere else. What I’m saying is don’t quit your job until your online business has replaced your normal income. When your “extra money” is on pace to exceed your normal money then is when you look at doing your online thing full time.

4. Dreaming big is fine, but you have to follow through on things. Read everything you can get your hands on. Expect to put in some hours around your job. Stay up late and learn the tricks of the trade. You do this and you’ll be amazed how far you can go.

5. Kick the naysayers to the curb. They are your biggest impediment to success. Leave working at the convenience store to those idiots who won’t support you. The idea here is not to learn how to make extra money, the idea here is to change your life. Which is exactly what will happen if you take this seriously.

One of the most lucrative ways to generate cash online is via affiliate marketing. There is a very low barrier to entry (maybe too low) and you can get involved with a modicum of cash and the sky is the limit on what you can earn.

With affiliate marketing you can become your own boss, set your own hours, promote and market just about any product that you want and once you grow you can even create and market your own.

So if you truly want to learn how to make extra money, I would recommend that you learn as much as you can about how the business works. Check out the video below and find out how to make extra money. You’ll see in the video that it’s really easy to begin your path to getting what you want.

Make Sure You Use Keywords That Accurately Describe Your Article

If you want to have as high of a ranking as possible, one of the things that you can, and should do, is utilize the keywords that accurately describe your article and the theme of your blog.

If you are trying to make money with Adsense or if you are simply trying to drive free, organic traffic to your site, you are going to need to optimize your site. One of those strategies is the use of the proper keyword.

Yes, it’s going to take some effort on your part. Forget what the guru’s say, you aren’t going to make $5,000 per day overnight. Well..I guess you could if you spend a ton on pay-per-click advertising, but we’re talking about free traffic.

Quick Tip

(Here’s a hint…if you get an email from a guru…check the ranking of their own site…it might reveal something very interesting to you)

Obviously before you can actually use the keywords that accurately describe your article, you have to find those keywords. This activity is one of those hurdles that separates would be Internet marketers from those that actually achieve some success.

In four easy steps you can begin to enjoy some traffic to your site. Here are those steps you need to take:

1. Find a keyword that can direct traffic to your site. Sounds easy and it really is. However you have to have the right tools in place to help you with this arduous, but necessary task.

2. Write an article that is focused on the theme of the keyword you have selected.

3. Have a plan for monetizing the traffic that you receive.

4. Replicate..over..and over … and over again!

It’s simply that easy. Let me give you a real world example that you can clearly see. As you have already gone through each of the steps already. Well..all except one. Yep…you have seen this step-by-step process illustrated already and I am sure of it…as you are reading this article.

So what did I do?

a. I satisfied Step 1 above by using my favorite keyword research tool to find a keyword that I could rank for that I determined would drive traffic to my website. Hence…you are here reading this.

b. I satisfied Step 2 above by writing this article around the theme of the keyword.

c. I indeed have a plan for monetizing this article as I have Adsense ads herein as well as some other calls to action on this page.

d. There are over 5,000 articles on this site which means I do this over and over again.

So there’s no reason whatsoever that you can’t do the same. If you want to learn more about finding and using those keywords that accurately describe the focus of your articles and afford you the opportunity to make money on the Internet, watch the video below!

It really is that simple…and you shouldn’t have to pay a dime to anyone to learn how.

Are You In A Position Where You Need To Make Money Online Instantly?

Make money online instantly

It really stinks to be in such a desperate situation. Finding yourself needing to make money online instantly puts undue pressure on your business. Operating an Internet business is not like buying a lottery ticket. You need to plan for success or you’ll end up being in the same financial situation.

If you’re reading this article, chances are that you don’t want to hear this. You’re probably hoping there is some magical program or system that’s going to help you make a bunch of money real quick. That makes you an easy mark for the scammers out there.

So slow down and realize that nothing is ever as bad as it seems and prepare yourself with a plan so that you’re never in this situation again. while it may be nearly impossible to make money online instantly, it won’t take you forever. Here are a few tips and strategies that can help you make some money fast:

1. How about taking some online surveys or polls? There are legitimate companies that will pay you for taking surveys. You’re not going to get rich and you probably won’t make a lot of money but if you are in a desperate situation it surely will help your plight. The good thing is it will only take a few minutes of your time.

2. How about doing some creative writing? There are scores of people online looking for ghostwriters. We know people who will pay as much as $10.00 or more for a well written article.

If you can write you could easily make a hundred bucks per day for cranking out a few articles. We know college kids who are doing this and article writers are in big demand. also, the pay is as close to solving your need to make money online instantly as you will find.

Write articles today and get paid today. It’s that simple.

More than likely, if you’d really like to make some money fast and you don’t have a lot of start-up capital, you may want to look into Affiliate Marketing. There are companies that will pay you handsomely for doing nothing more than referring a customer to them. In some instances you can get paid without the consumer even buying something.

While this won’t be set up for you instantly it can be done rather quickly and once you learn how to be successful in affiliate marketing all you will have to do is sit back and replicate your success.

So Just How Important Is It To Be Found In Google Search?

Be Found In GoogleMost of us know the importance of being found in Google. It seems that whether you like it or not, you have Google as a business partner. Imagine how much of a traffic drop you would experience if you suddenly could not be found anywhere in their searches.

Well, no traffic means no money. Yes, there’s always Yahoo and Bing and of course you could always buy traffic, but I’m talking about the huge benefit of free organic traffic.

Life would pretty much suck if you couldn’t be found in Google. Well Hitwise did a survey that underscored just how important being found in Google is.

While both Yahoo and Bing experienced a minor drop of 1% each, Google actually rose 1% in the search volume as seen in data from 2009.

While that may not be that big a deal to you, here’s the stat that they found that you WILL want to take notice of. Google accounted for nearly 72% of all of the search traffic. Yahoo followed with nearly 16% and Bing and Ask.com brought up the rear accounting for the most substantial balance of search traffic.

So the moral of the story is this, make sure that you can be found in Google’s search rankings.

How Important Are Long Tail Keywords?

long tail keywordsHitwise  recently released some really valuable search related to the value of searches involving long tail keywords. I really like how they broke out the information to make it really easy to understand.

Long tail keywords which they define as those queries of more than five words of length or longer, were the only group of keywords to show growth.

Keyword searches of 5 words or longer accounted for nearly 19% of the search volume. This is huge for those of us in affiliate marketing.

Especially where we are promoting consumer retail products. This means that there is some really low hanging fruit out there with extremely low levels of competition.

Identifying “The Long Tail” – Chris Anderson

While one word keywords are the top search, representing 24% of the searches, the consumer only starts there. Their re-queries bring them down to where it makes sense for us to generate substantial profits by grabbing hold of the long tail keywords which represent their re-query.

For instance, take the term “costumes”. It is a one word keyword that will basically be impossible to rank for. But the consumer only starts there. Then they begin the re-query or drill down process and end up at “Michael Jackson Costumes For Kids”. Think the latter is a serious prospect with credit card in hand? We sure found them to be and the  Hitwise study confirms this.

We have found this to be true lately as our Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas sites have been killing it. All of which have serious long tail keywords implemented in the domain, description, url and the articles surrounding and supporting the products we have been promoting.

What kind of long tail keywords are you using in your promotional endeavors? If your not familiar with the concept of long tail keywords you may want to check out Chris Anderson’s blog on long tail keywords. He pretty much birthed the Long Tail.
