Maybe now. Just maybe now, real estate agents across the Country will finally buy in and realize how bad the foreclosure crisis is and get their collective acts together and learn how to correctly complete short sales.
It’s astounding..absolutely astounding, just how little of those in the real estate world grasp the power of building their brand. The guys from Real Estate Bloggers featured a post today that absolutely blew my doors off. It was so Godinesque.
Over the last week or so I have begun trolling the back alleys of various unnamed social networks where agents like to hang out, and I have been noticing some of what agents call marketing.

 Okay, so yesterday, we post a story stating that the NAR basically announced a veritable going out of business sale and we get thousands of people to our blog, writing tons of emails and being so stunned they had to enlist the help of the National Association of Realtors legal counsel.Â
 I just got my doors blown off! Bettina the Broker from our show, emailed me an article today that she wanted me to take a look at. Little did she know, or maybe she did, just what kind of response it would elicit from me.
 So many of us have websites, in fact you’re reading our new website right now. We just launched this today but already we are seeing tremendous traffic. It does not come easy and it does not come without planning, and it most assuredly will not consistently continue without a lot of hard work.
